1General Terms & Conditions

Ybet.vu (hereinafter referred to as "ybet" or the "Platform") is an internationally licensed online betting and gaming platform. These terms and conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between ybet and its members.

These terms are available in both English and Bengali. In the event of any dispute, the English version shall be considered final.

2Account Registration & Management

You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account on ybet. Only one account per person is allowed. Creating multiple accounts is a direct violation of ybet's rules.

Ybet reserves the right to verify the information provided at registration. As part of the KYC (Know Your Customer) process, a copy of your national ID or passport may be requested.

• Keep your account password strictly confidential and do not share it with anyone.
• The member is solely responsible for maintaining the security of their account.
• If you notice any unauthorized access or suspicious activity, contact ybet support immediately.
• Account details can be updated at any time from Account Settings.
• Inactive accounts (no activity for 12 months) may be declared dormant.

3Age & Eligibility Requirements

Ybet strictly enforces an 18+ policy. No one under the age of 18 is permitted to use ybet. Age is verified at registration, and proof of age may be requested at any time.

The following conditions must also be met:

• Online betting must be legally permitted in your country of residence.
• You are of sound mind and are using ybet of your own free will.
• You are betting in your own name and with your own funds, not on behalf of any third party.

4Deposit & Payment Policy

Multiple payment methods are supported for deposits on ybet. All deposits are generally credited to your account instantly. Minimum deposit amounts may vary depending on the payment method.

Ybet only accepts payments made from a method registered in the member's own name. Deposits from third-party accounts are not accepted and will be returned.

5Withdrawal Policy & Process

To withdraw funds from ybet, you must first complete KYC verification. Withdrawals will not be approved for unverified accounts. Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 24–72 hours.

• The withdrawal method must match the deposit method used.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is BDT 1,000.
• Bonus balances cannot be withdrawn directly — wagering requirements must be met first.
• Ybet reserves the right to hold a suspicious withdrawal request for verification.
• Additional documents may be requested if necessary.

6Bonus & Promotion Terms and Conditions

Ybet offers a variety of bonuses and promotions. Each bonus has its own wagering requirements, validity period, and terms of use. Make sure to read the relevant terms before accepting any bonus.

• Welcome Bonus: For new members only, applicable on the first deposit only.
• Reload Bonus: For regular members, subject to specific conditions.

• Cashback Offer: A set percentage returned on net losses within a defined period.

7Betting Rules

Before placing a bet on ybet, please read the specific rules for each market. Once a bet is confirmed, it generally cannot be changed or cancelled unless a cashout option is available.

• Maximum and minimum bet amounts vary by market and event.
• If a match or event is cancelled, the associated bet will be voided and the stake will be returned.
• If incorrect odds are displayed due to a technical error, ybet reserves the right to void the affected bets.
• Odds change rapidly in live betting. The odds at the time of bet confirmation are final.
• Placing contradictory bets on the same match may be considered suspicious activity.

For Sports Betting, ybet follows international sports betting guidelines. In the event of a dispute over the outcome of any event, the decision of the relevant sports governing body will be considered final.

8Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited in order to maintain the integrity and security of ybet:

• Creating multiple accounts or using someone else's account.
• Placing bets using bots, scripts, or automated software.
• Placing bets using match-fixing schemes or insider information.
• Providing false information intentionally to take advantage of bonuses.
• Using money from money laundering or illegal sources on ybet.
• Manipulating the system for arbitrage betting or bonus hunting.

9Account Closure & Suspension Policy

Ybet reserves the right to temporarily or permanently close an account under the following circumstances:

• For violating the terms and conditions.
• If false information is found during KYC verification.
• If there is suspicion of fraudulent or suspicious financial activity.
• At the direction of a regulatory authority.

Members may also request to close their account at any time. All valid balances will be returned before closure, unless a dispute is ongoing.
